Our family has started a scholarship fund in honor of Nikki. Nikki was a dancer at Elite Dance Centre in East Northport, NY. Dance was in her soul. It brought her so much joy to dance with her Elite Competition family. The Nikki Kantor Memorial Scholarship Fund will award a college scholarship in Nikki’s honor each year to one deserving High School Senior from Elite and and one from Harborfields High School. Nikki was both proud to be a member of the Elite dance team as well as being a good student. Our family felt this was a beautiful way to honor her memory. We hope to keep the Scholarship Fund alive for many years to come. Nikki’s younger sister Alex will be leading fundraisers each year to continue to finance the fund. The Nikki Kantor Memorial Scholarship Fund aims to carry out Nikki's belief of being a good student, dedicated dancer and strong role model. The Scholarship will encourage young adult dancers to pursue higher education while being positive role models within their community. In addition, the foundation will strive to assist in educating new drivers on vehicle control in adverse circumstances.
